I made this baby blanket before the move, and never got around to posting pics. I took some semi-crappy photos with my phone, since I had already packed up my regular camera, so I’ll apologize for the quality now…
It’s hard to see the colours in these pics, and thus, hard to see the pattern. It’s a “modern” log cabin design. I used the free Moderne Baby Blanket pattern from Mason-Dixon Knitting. It’s super easy to make and I think it suited the vivid colours quite well. Oh, and the yarn is Patons’ Astra, but I lost all the labels in the move.
I hope the new owner is getting some use out of it. You can’t have too many baby blankets. And yes, just in case you were wondering, I do still knit. I just have a hard time getting my ass in gear when it comes to taking photos and blogging about it.
